The 1968 Chevrolet Corvette C3 (also known as the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray) is an American classic muscle sports car manufactured by Chevrolet between 1968-1982. It is the second time that the Corvette is given the Stingray name (in use between 1969-1976) but the first time that it was used as a single word. Both the body and interior was altered compared to the previous generation Corvette.
Under the hood, the Chevrolet Corvette C3 Stingray comes equipped with a 7.0L 427cu Big-Block Tri-Power L71 engine developing 435 horsepower at 5,800 revolutions per minute.
The C3 Corvette was the last Corvette to be given the Stingray epithet before being re-introduced in 2014 with the seventh generation Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.
The Chevrolet Corvette C3 appeared in the first installment of The Crew as part of the Vintage Pack DLC.
The Crew 2
The Chevrolet Corvette C3 returned to The Crew 2 with its main stock model listed as a street racing vehicle and is only available as such. The Chevrolet Corvette C3 Stingray can be purchased with either 179,900 or with 25,700.
- In The Crew, if this car is driven during the rainy weather, the windshield wipers do not move.
