The 2005 Chevrolet Corvette C6R (stylized as the Chevrolet Corvette C6.R) is an American muscle grandtourer racing car based on the sixth generation (C6) Chevrolet Corvette. The C6.R was produced between 2005-2013 with the 2005 model (GT1 Version) being produced between 2005-2009. The C6R can be seen as an upgrade of the Chevrolet Corvette C5-R which had previously won several of its own classes in the American Le Mans series.
The vehicle is equipped with a 7.0L LS7.R V8 engine developing 590 horsepower. Since its production launch, the Corvette C6R has won several racing titles such as the FIA GT championship, 24 Hours of Le Mans as well as further titles in the American Le Mans series.
The Crew 2[]
The Chevrolet Corvette C6R made its first appearance in The Crew 2 where it is listed as a 
Touring Car and is only available as such. It is one of the few models in-game that has no unmodified stock roadcar counterpart featured. The Chevrolet Corvette C6R can be purchased with either 
388,500 or with 
55,500.
