The 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8 is an American sports car manufactured by Chevrolet. It is part of the eighth generation of the Chevrolet Corvette and was unveiled at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. The vehicle has been in production since February 2020 where it succeeded the seventh generation (C7). It is the first mid-engined Chevrolet Corvette produced since the 1950's.
Under the hood, the Chevrolet Corvette C8 comes equipped with a 6.2L LT2 V8 engine capable of developing 490 horsepower at 6,450 revolutions per minute (RPM).
The Crew 2[]
The Chevrolet Corvette C8 made its first appearance in the series in The Crew 2 where the vehicle was added to the game on November 25, 2020 as part of The Chase update. First glimpses of the vehicle were first seen in the 2020 Ubisoft Forward event on September 10 as a vault police interceptor vehicle.[1] The vehicle is listed as a Street Race and is only available as such. It can be purchased with either 450,800 or with 64,400. A touring car counterpart of this vehicle, the Chevrolet Corvette C8.R was added to the game on March 15, 2023 as part of the US Speed Tour Cities update.
Vault Interceptor Unit Edition[]
The Vault Inteception Unit Edition of the Chevrolet Corvette C8 was added to the game on as part of the aforementioned update and is an exclusive vehicle to S1/E1 of the MotorPass. It is obtainable by reaching the 13th tier of the MotorPass. Starting on December 28, 2022, the vehicle can be purchased with either ? or with ?.
