The 1989 Ferrari F40 LM (Le Mans) is an Italian touring car developed by Ferrari. It is equipped with the same 2.9L V8 engine but has a greater amount of horsepower than its standard counterpart, the Ferrari F40. The Ferrari F40 LM made its racing debut in 1989 at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in the IMSA category.
