There are 7 different radio stations in The Crew playing different genres from around the musical spectrum. There are over 120 licensed songs available through radio stations, in addition to an original score by Jonathan Trapanese (known for his works such as Oblivion, The Raid: Redemption, The Raid 2 and TRON: Legacy).
Players can access radio stations in-game through the Smartphone menu in the Radio application. From there on, radio stations can be turned on and off, changed and tracks be played sequentially or shuffled, or be skipped. In addition, the Shuffle Radio option allows songs from all stations to be played in a mixed order, and the User Radio option allows a custom playlist to be created.
