The 2017 Ford Fiesta WRC is an American rallycross vehicle manufactured by Ford. It is the rallycross version of the 2017 Ford Fiesta road car and is also the successor of the Ford Fiesta RS WRC, which competed between 2011 and 2016.
The main purpose of Fiesta WRC was to compete in the World Rally Championship (WRC) hence its name. The Fiesta WRC was built to the fourth generation of WRC regulations that were introduced in 2017 and became successful from its debut, winning the 2017 Monte Carlo Rally, first round it entered, where it took took five wins in its first season, with two for Sébastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia, two for Ott Tänak and Martin Järveoja, and one for Elfyn Evans and Daniel Barritt.
Under the hood, the Ford Fiesta WRC comes equipped with a 1.6L Ecoboost engine developing 380 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque.[1]
The Crew 2[]
The Ford Fiesta WRC made its first appearance in The Crew 2 where the vehicle was added to the game on March 3, 2021 alongside with the Audi S1 EKS RX quattro as part of the First Hunt LIVE Summit. The vehicle is listed as a Rallycross and is only available as such with no standard roadcar model available.
The Fiesta WRC comes pre-equipped with a DMACK livery with its drivers Elfyn Evans and Daniel Barritt featured on the rear door windows of the vehicle. The vehicle can be purchased with either 410,900 or with 58,700.
