The 2017 Ford GT is a two-door hypercar manufacturered by Ford equipped with a 3.5L V6 engine. The 2017 model is the second generation and the continuation of the original 2005 Ford GT that was manufacturered between 2005-2006. The 2017 Ford GT was unveiled at the 2015 North American International Auto Show and acts as a marker for the 50th anniversary for the Ford GT40 winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit race in 1966.
Production of the Ford GT began in 2016 and is being assembled in Markham, Canada. Models produced in 2017 and 2018 were reserved for selected buyers. The Ford GT will be available to be purchased for anyone in 2020.
The Crew 2
The 2017 Ford GT first made its appearance in the second installment of The Crew 2 where it is listed as a 
Hypercar and can only be purchased as such. It can be purchased with either 
900,900 or with 
128,700.
