The Great Lakes is a collective name for several major lakes located in northern central United States with most of these lakes bordering with Canada. These lakes include Lake Superior (located northwest of the upper Michigan peninsula), Lake Michigan (located between Chicago, Illinois and Detroit, Michigan), Lake Huron (located between Detroit and Canada), and Lake Erie (located between Ohio and Canada). Together the lakes make a total surface area of 94,250 square miles (244,106 km²). It is possible to enter these lakes through boat in The Crew 2 via the Mississippi River and the North Atlantic Ocean via Niagara Falls.
