Harlem West is a two-lap circuit street race taking place in the east of New York City, New York, in and out of the neighborhood of Harlem. To participate in the event, players must have reached the popular fame level requiring 18,000 followers.
The Harlem West event features a combination of longer straights as well as sharper corners for the player to watch out for. At the 30%-mark (and respectively the 80%-mark) players can use a shortcut.
In the opening prologue it is known that the player will be racing against cops which is why there is a Dodge Charger SRT-8 police interceptor vehicle present during the race.
