The 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 (internal name: (W197)) is a German racecar manufactured by Mercedes-Benz between 2011-2014 based on the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. The vehicle was unveiled at the 2010 New York Auto Show with production being limited to 25 units and in accordance with FIA's GT3 regulations. Differences between the standard roadcar and the GT3 racecar include a different gearbox with the roadcar featuring seven gears whilst the GT3 only features six.
Under the hood, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 features a 6.2L V8 engine developing more than 600 horsepower although this is not disclosed in the specifications in The Crew 2.

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 appears once the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG (C197) has been upgraded to a circuit spec. model.
The Crew 2[edit | edit source]
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 made its first official appearance as a standalone car in The Crew 2 with its main model listed as a touring car and is only available as such, however, the roadcar version of the car, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG (C197) is also available a street racing vehicle. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 can be purchased with either 375,900 or with 53,700.
