The National Laboratory Complex (full name: Oak Ridge National Laboratory) is an area located within the Space Industries. The National Laboratory Complex is not fictional and is actually based on the Oak Ridge National Laboratory located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The National Laboratory is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and managed by UT-Battelle. Although located in Oak Ridge, the city in itself is not present in-game. The National Laboratory Complex lies nearby the Alabama Steam Plant.
