The 1967 Shelby GT500 is an American two-door fastback coupé developed by Shelby American and was the first model to be part of the Shelby GT500 line-up.

The Shelby GT500 is based on the Ford Mustang Fastback of the same model year. 2,048 units of the Shelby GT500 were produced.

The Crew[]

The Shelby GT500 did appear in the first installment of The Crew where it was featured as both a street spec, perf spec and circuit spec model. Players can acquire the Shelby GT500 from the Detroit, Michigan, car dealer with either 279,000 bucks or with 61,993 crew credits.

The Crew 2[]

The Shelby GT500 re-appeared in The Crew 2 where it can be acquired in three different versions, namely as a TC2LogoSR.png street racing vehicle which is its main stock model as well as a TC2LogoDF.png drift racing car and a TC2LogoTC.png touring car.

Americar Edition[]

A special variant of the Shelby GT500 named Americar edition is a modified version of the car. It is a Rally Cross vehicle featuring a livery reminiscent to the US flag and a unique interior that includes a roll cage. It was added to the game on May 12, 2021 as part of the Motorshow LIVE Summit and is an exclusive vehicle to S2/E2 of the MotorPass. It is obtainable by reaching the 13th tier after purchasing the premium pack of the MotorPass.
