WACO Aircraft Corporation (full name WACO Classic Aircraft Corporation) is an American airplane manufacturer based in Battle Creek, Michigan, founded in 1986.

Initially established in 1920, the WACO Aircraft Corporation is a revival of the WACO Aircraft Company (originally the Weaver Aircraft Company) that became defunct in 1947 due to a dropped demand of airplanes after the second World War.

Today they are a manufacturer of sport biplanes as well as repairer of older WACO airplanes. Their planes are constructed at the W.K. Kellogg Regional Airport in Battle Creek, Michigan.
